Introduction:

AIFOS is a warehouse inventory control that is used to show occupied and vacant locations in a warehouse of any size. It records all Airway Bill information, and can calculate and print invoices. AIFOS is based on the warehouse module of MOG v1.5

Description:

In AIFOS you can completely manage your warehouse locations. The System helps you organize the distribution of the ULDs based on the Flight No./Date and the STD.
With AIFOS you can:

• Book current empty locations in the warehouse.
• Get statistics of mostly used ULDs.
• Have full control over your ULD stock.
• Handle one or more Airline.
• Control one or more warehouse at the same time.
• Calculate Agent Invoices, based on the handled weight (optional to use – is integrated in the package)
• Know the occupied positions in the warehouse by ULD type. (LD3, 96 in pallets etc.)

Why use AIFOS

The long lasting problem that exists between the operations staff and the sales staff of any Logistics company.
Problem: Sales Staff wants to fill the warehouse(s). Operations Staff has no place to store the cargo.
Solution: AIFOS gives view only and/or book option(s) to sales staff based on which the operations staff can plan the warehouse, and the hence putting an end to the argument.
Although, AIFOS was developed particularly to solve the above problem, but later it developed to be a very handy warehouse and invoicing organizer.
